Vida, the specialist lender, has announced the creation of a new Savings team, a key strategic milestone in its journey towards securing a banking license and launching its retail savings proposition.

Rob Reed steps into the Savings Director role after his tenure as Chief Savings Officer at GB Bank, bringing a wealth of expertise in leading a savings business. Joining him are Amy Spencer, appointed as Head of Savings Product Management, and Scott Robinson, appointed as Head of Savings Pricing.

Rob, Amy and Scott bring extensive retail savings experience, having worked together previously at GB Bank, Virgin Money and Northern Rock. Amy Spencer was also part of the original team that launched Atom Bank. Together, they offer a robust track record in the sector.

Rob Reed is delighted to be taking up his new role, stating, "Joining Vida at this pivotal moment is truly exciting. I am really looking forward to building something special here and making a real impact in the UK savings market."
